A small dell , a remnant of times when local stone was quarried locally for building dwellings etc. We pass by most days as it’s a feature on our favourite walk , sometimes we see a hare lopping in or out . There is always some yellow blossom to be seen on the Gorse bushes. It looks like a sheltered spot for a picnic or a Nic Nic as LBB would say .

So today I managed a yoga session plus a pleasant walk , I’ve posted parcels off , made soup and flapjack , planted sunflower and sweet pea seeds and the spent a happy half hour watching our granddaughter play . I’ve been able to tick quite a bit off the list .

I’m not sure what to make of the budget , a bit surprised by the omissions . A statistical analysis of government spending during the 21st century showed that Conservative governments generally borrowed more and paid back less than Labour Governments . Interesting times to say the least .
