Day 1, The Red House.

I’m blipping a photo of our cosy holiday quarters in between the delicious chickpea curry and the equally tasty looking ice cream .
The air here feels fresh and crispy clean and we have just been informed that the temperature has dropped to minus 5 so the crispness will continue.
Apart from the joy of simply being together, we have eaten several delicious meals and climbed the nearby hill in snowshoes which was fun .
Now for pudding , vegan ice cream and gluten free biscuits( home made )I can indulge !
