(Western) Bluebird of Happiness

Sorry, I was on the wrong side of the sun, so you can't see the brilliant color very well, but this is the first time we've seen this bird so I wanted a way to remember it, especially with that yummy lunch. 

Our walk today took us down by the harbor, through a lovely field with half a dozen grazing cows, and around some gnarly old oak trees. The Extra shows a long view with Mt Umunhum in the background. Spring has definitely sprung--there are pink and white trees in bloom all over town.
