Buckled In

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

The Prince and I headed up to Banchory to stay for the week as Albert needs practical support because of his restricted mobility until an appropriate care package is put in place.

Albert is heartbroken and not being able to visit because of the current COVID restrictions is really hard. The only news we had is that Penny is due to have an MRI on Monday. Her case will be then be discussed by the specialists on Wednesday so we won’t know more until then.

We had dinner and stayed at the table chatting with a few glasses of wine. Old stories were (re)told and we actually had a very pleasant evening. We decided to watch a film about 10 pm but after sleeping for 14 out of the first 15 minutes, I admitted defeat and went to bed!
