Tractor Tuesday.....

Snow. Heavy showers all day.
Staff decided they couldn’t get here , too snowy, so a day of guddling around feeding everything .
Managed to get 6 tons of sheep feed up to the hill shepherd’s shed at his house . Went twice with 3 tons at a time as the track up was not nice. The second load didn’t quite go to plan, ended up hurtling backwards down the hill while the wheels were going forwards. Stopped eventually when the trailer jackknifed ! Managed to take a detour up the slope at 45 degrees and got there eventually.
Coming back down it was like the Cresta run , so that was enough for one day.
The snow still piling down tonight when I checked the cattle at 9 pm.
