It's A Habit of Mine, to Watch the Sun Go Down

I woke this morning -  I thought the cat wanted out.

Twice I bounced out of bed, and it was only as I lay down the second time and drifted off and woke myself up again with an asthmatic wheeze.   Twas not the cat howling - it was me.  Breathing.

The sun was shining, and everyone's mood was lifted.  And at 750 I headed out for a walk.  I told himself that I was walking round the park because I hadn't walked for  a week and I didnt' think I'd make it.

But I went.   And it was sooo beautiful I kept on walking. And I am so glad I did, because the sea was blue, and FROZEN.  Look at my extra.  I was standing on ice; and there is ice in the sea.

At 1700 - it was still light, so Si and I drove to the beach and had a quick 2000 steps up and down the beach.   Then we found Stevie and Jess and we all drove home together.

It's been a good day.
