A break in the sky
I went for my MRI today and it was yet another gray, rainy day. I walked out of the imaging center and the sun broke thru the stormy clouds for just a about a two minutes. I'm not kidding...two minutes!
I had my small camera in my purse and stood in the parking lot and took a few quick shots. When I got home a viewed the photos I was amazed at how the fast moving clouds had made all these different shapes around the sun. It almost looks like a reversed tornado!
That tiny patch of blue sky was gone before I got back in the car. I think when we get our first taste of sunshine, blue sky and warmer temperatures there will be an awful lot of people calling out sick to work. I happened to look outside the kitchen window today and noticed moss growing on my roof! I know this is not an unusal thing for people in the UK but here in New Jersey it's not common at all. I don't think in all my years living here that I've ever seen it before to be honest. At least I know it's not my imagination that it's been a damp, depressing winter! Even the dog isn't excited to go out anymore!
