JR did two zoom fitness sessions today. I did my bike. I always impress myself by keeping going for 50 minutes while watching old Spiral episodes, but - jings - it’s quite extremely graphic at times! I don’t normally watch such gruesome stuff, but the characters are developed so well, the stories are so well weaved, the acting superb, and it’s all in lovely French accents, so that I can pick up the occasional words.

Then JR had the sudden urge to make muffins! Yay!

Steve, the plumber who fitted our shower (two years ago) came to replace the valve. It hasn’t been hot enough for quite some time, which is OK in the summer, but is NOT OK in the winter. He’s puzzled as to what’s going on, as this is the third valve we’ve had. 

I popped over to see Uncle A and bring him some juice, then I took Archie round the block, in the rain. We came across these wee red wellies. Archie was quite taken with them, as he knows his wee pal Rufus has a pair, but he has four legs, so he needs two more! (Extra) 

Even more awful weather coming for the weekend!!
