Otters

Another sunny cold day .
I had struggled to get to sleep last night due to the sciatic pain, however when I woke this morning I felt brighter in my mood.
I went and picked up my Click and Collect order from Morrison’s , and took round my mums part of the shopping late morning.
I met my friend Alyson at the Whitesands , and we were gifted with wonderful spectacle of 2 of the town otters swimming , diving , playing and grooming . We watched them for around 30 minutes.
We then walked to Kingholm Quay and back and met lots of friends along the way.
When I got home I zoomed in on session from the ‘Gita Life’ course offered by The Bhakti Yoga Academy. It was thought provoking.
