I’ve been struggling with low mood again today.
I need to remind myself that the constant pain from the herniated disc will not last forever & neither will the low mood. Feeling depressed in the middle of a pandemic is maybe a natural response ?
I went to the allotment this morning thinking that I would pick some leeks.... not realising the ground was completely frozen. I added leeks to my click and collect shopping order instead.
I met my friend Kerry early afternoon for a walk along to Georgetown village and up the Craig’s ridge and back. Lots of pretty views and interesting conversations. There was a lot less snow around than yesterday but lots of ice , so we had to be careful.
The photo is of some beautiful beech trees up on the ridge.
