Inspired

My sister often finds lovely presents for us but this one is very special.   Three snowdrops now adorn our tree :-)

A quiet Boxing Day.   The youngsters had a pyjama day and my only outing was to take Meg to the ball field for some zoomy time before storm Bella arrived.  It's been blowing well for a few hours now but we are more sheltered here than we were in the flat last winter which is nice.

I did something I used to do many moons ago and sat watching the Boxing Day racing on telly.   Some memories stirred and it was great to see Bryony Frost ride the men to sleep with an inspired front running performance on outsider Frodon in the big race.
