Overflowing

Bromham hit the headlines last night intimating that 1300 residents had been asked to evacuate their homes, which was totally inaccurate reporting.  Bromham doesn't have many houses that back onto the river and none of them have flooded.  The villages of Harrold, Carlton and particularly Clapham have been badly flooded and that is where they have been asked to evacuate.  Newport Pagnell has also been badly affected.

This was the scene on Bromham bridge this morning throng with people and cars.  Where all the cars are going heaven only knows considering we are in Tier 4.

I've added a few extras just because I can and the only building in the picture is Bromham Mill, which stands on the edge of the river and has a working wheel inside.
