Wikipedia tells me it’s Cockney rhyming slang which l thought it was but decided to check.

A bit of a clean up from Rebecca, Mike and myself this morning.
Then l went into Skipton to go to a branch of my bank which l found out had closed down years ago.
I was taking a cheque from the premium bonds ( £25) that came for Mr P a couple of days after he died. I had to return it and It’s taken months to get it transferred to my name.
Came straight back up the hill.
Even though the rain had put off a lot from visiting the shops and market l still don’t like being amongst others.
Just trying to stay safe.
