Slow Day

Got a few more things done today. The ceiling in the lounge and dining room are coming along nicely though, the Killz paint seems to be killing the water stains, the new drywall ceiling tape seems to be up quite nicely and sanded in rather well (should be invisible once painted).

Plus the bedrooms are moving forward slowly as well - TSP'd the walls and the amount of dirt that came off is unbelievable. Really not looking forward to sanding them though - that is gonna take an age. Also repaired a previous hole that had been repaired. Someone had put tape over a hole in the drywall and mudded it in. It's now repaired properly.

Also blew up my scrapper.

Caught it on a power socket - and BANG - blew a hole in the middle of my scrapper. It scrapes 90% of a surface now.

My weekend got cancelled as well so I can spend some time on the house. Hoping to have the bedrooms painted and the lounge/dining room done by the time the wife gets back.
