Topical Toy

A good few years ago I received this 'Airport Play Set' from a friend in the USA.  The significance was that he is an ex-Special Agent of the United States Secret Service and had been a bodyguard to President George Bush - Senior.
I didn't know what to do with it then - and I still don't know......
