Shiny & New

Over recent weeks I have found that, going for a walk with my DSLR hanging round my neck, has been losing it's attraction.  More and more I was leaving it behind and borrowing Mrs. MD's little pocketable digital compact.  It's a great little camera - not least because it has a superb Zeiss lens.  I therefore decided I would have to get one of my own - and it was delivered today.  It's identical to hers - but mine's shinier  ....... :-).
I'll still use my DSLR - but keep it more for specific 'photography days out'.
