An Agatha Christie Kind of Winter

Dear Diary,

You know the story.  An isolated country house becomes buried in a heavy snow storm cutting off all access to the outside world.  Then, a murder!  A hapless mouse wanders in and is found dead at the foot of the stairs.  Who done it?  Well, it doesn't take a Hercule Poirot to figure this one out.  Louisa May Tinklepaw!  I have two new Christie books that will keep my "little grey cells" occupied, at least for a short while, during this time of isolation.  We didn't get any snow last night but it will come.  As for Louisa May, she's already searching for her next victim.  “– it is the future that causes one inquietude.” ― Agatha Christie, Hercule Poirot: The Complete Short Stories
