Chutney

The weather held for a good while this morning and allowed me to shift more soil. It was interesting to see how much soil I could remove before the rim collapsed inward. A surprising amount. But once it started to go it went quickly.

The evening was spent using up the last of the tomatoes to make chutney. The result is much less photogenic but hopefully will taste good in a couple of months once matured.
