As forecast...

A much cooler day today and wet too, so we’re really pleased we made the most of yesterday’s sunshine.

Big Sis drove us to another garden centre. It was really cold there and deserted. Apparently there is no heating as normally the kitchen and drink machines in the restaurant area give out enough heat. These of course are not being used right now. We felt for the staff and didn’t stay long.

Two birthdays in the family today. One a special one and the lady in person was given a champagne and scrambled egg with smoked salmon breakfast in bed. That’s the life! The other was hoping for a special family dinner this evening.
