Nearly home

I did the online hatha yoga class in the morning before having an early lunch so that today's walk would be in the warm sunshine.  Once the sun dips below the mountains mid afternoon, it becomes immediately chilly. Some friends were out in their garden so we were able to stop for a brief chat. It is nice to have some social contact however minimal.  I am still trying to  satisfy all the health and residence requirements for both of us but it is like ploughing through mud!
