Leaves on the steps

I spent the first part of the morning breadmaking. I am going to try and do the final proving in the fridge overnight to try and develop more flavour this time. A strange wind blew up while I was on my walk and the leaves were dancing everywhere. We often get these wins that only last for ten minutes or so. I think they are caused by atmospheric conditions around the Canigou mountain. In the afternoon we had a pleasant French conversation group on Zoom and looked at a couple of articles from the local press.
