Lunch Break

I am still on the plan.

At lunchtime I got out of the house to pick up my prescription, and spent 20 minutes at Dysart Harbour as well. I was blessed with a little pale sunshine. 

Work was quite successful - I had 2 emails back from people I'd helped with a "thank you" in appreciation. Don't tell the Boss, but after lunch I took it easy and avoided doing anything which might take away that golden glow. 

No work tomorrow. A blank canvas to fill. Good.
