Campaign

Pub night. 

Unfortunately, it was only for a campaign meeting. More unfortunately, I was chairing it. Worse, I was driving. The final insult -- they had ice hockey on TV in the bar, but we were in a meeting room at the back.

Chairing a meeting for 90 minutes is not how I like to relax after a day in the office, but it does make a contribution by giving others more time to spend on the other things which have to be done. 

Looks like I now have campaign meetings on Friday night and Saturday afternoon. Well, just 4 weeks to go.
