Up on the roof

We were working in the garden this morning when JJ heard a Pied Wagtail and saw it was catching insects on the roof.  I think the flies are heading indoors for the winter, at least the ones the wagtail didn't snaffle.

Lots of clearing up done and added to the green bin, which has now been emptied.  Just one more collection in two weeks time and after that we have to wait until March.

Luke's treatment is going well and he will hopefully get some project  work from school, which he can carry out as and when he feels well enough.
