A Tasty Snack

One of these fungi bears possible evidence of a little creature stopping by for a nibble perhaps? I'm not sure what this particular fungi is but I thought the red top of the smaller one and the gills on the larger specimen were most attractive.
This was taken on a walk with H at Pretty Corner Woods.  It had started out as yet another gloomy morning but happily the sun came out as we started our walk, as you can see in the extra.
