Mackerel Skies

A and I walked the Cley circular walk this morning.  It had clouded over by the time we reached the beach, but then blue sky appeared and left these wonderful 'mackerel' looking clouds behind. 

I've added an extra of the mono version and another extra of our shadows in the white surf.  The waves seemed larger than usual and were creating a lot of noise as they sucked the shingle back down the beach into the sea.
