I’m glad I went out for a walk this afternoon even though it was rainy and dull. I’d gone out into the garden to take photos of the hydrangea and I totally forgot about my crutches! Once I realised that, I thought I’d walk down to the road using a pair of walking poles instead, and see how far I could get. I walked nice and slowly and got as far as Routin Brig. The oak leaves have now turned brown and are carpeting the bridge and look how beautiful they are in the rain!
