Riveaulx Abbey

We had booked in to Riveaulx for 1:0 pm so had time for another wander in Helmsley, coffee and lunch at the Vine Cafe at Helmsley Walled Garden .
We had to pay to enter as we used to have a privilege corporate entrance to English Heritage but found it had run out ! They did a very hard sell on us to join but as we are already in NT and HH we declined .
A wander around the ruins is always restorative especially with the audio guide .
