Clitherbeck

A really wild, wuthering day . We had a lazy morning and popped to the bakery in Danby for a coffee . We had soup and a picnic in the car on the Moor . Cosy !
After returning to the cottage for a read and relax, I braved a walk from the farm over the moors looking towards Fryupdale . I managed to get back before the rain returned.
We went out to the Blacksmiths Arms at Lastingham for our first meal out in the evening for months . The pub always does a good Halloween atmosphere and the food was fab . Felt reasonably safe there .
