Wrap-around Hook

Today's the day ……………………. to take delivery

We've had six cardboard boxes of stuff arrive at our house today - some big, some small - but all of them, way over-sized for what's in them.

I'm sure It's a fact that, while Covid19 has had a completely devastating effect on many aspects of the way we were used to living - equally, there are some businesses that must be experiencing a success that they couldn't have foreseen, even in their wildest dreams.  The makers of cardboard boxes and brown paper must come into that category.

The amusing thing is that the hook pictured above, had actually been left out of my original order - that arrived in two cardboard boxes on Tuesday.  So this one has travelled all the way up from the south coast of England in its own oversized box.

Let's hope it was made from recycled cardboard …………………?!
