Swinhay

A longer local walk today, because despite the weather forecast it remained mostly dry and sunny. 

We managed a 9km wander around the fields between Charfield and North Nibley passing by the modern stately home of Swinhay whose gates these are.

Yesterday evening we had a delightful, if entirely socially undistanced, pre-halloween scarecrow hunt with Cheryl and Ivy.

Ivy thoroughly tested each puddle as we came to them. See the Extra. Yes, it's from yesterday. No, I don't care. ;-)
