Dydd Sadwrn/Saturday

Lots of heavy rain all morning but short spell of sunshine this afternoon when I went into the garden to cut some kale leaves for tonight’s curries, also found a couple of runner beans!
These kale plants are a mixture of “Thousand Headed” and Collards, they’re taller than I am. A few Cavollo Nero too and some very small red cabbage.
Two large and one small jars of pickled onions this afternoon.
British Summertime ends tonight, clocks go back an hour, lighter mornings, darker earlier in the evening - less than 2 months to the shortest day ...
