Pink Roses & Wild Mint & Red Clover in the background ...

Woken up during the early hours by a raging storm, it was so much worse by 5:30 - torrential rain & hail, thunder and lightning, clearing by breakfast time and a bright but chilly day.
I’ve been looking at the roses for a few weeks and decided this morning to cut them and bring them indoors, hadn’t expected so many, used the opportunity to cut the branches back and got myself a dozen nice cuttings, fingers crossed for success and plants to share next spring! 
The title mentions “wild mint” - a casualty of my weeding last week, rooting nicely! 
The Red Clover grown from seed and filling the pot nicely, something else to look forward to next spring?
Fish & Chips for tea ... is it bedtime yet?!
