Backblip

I’ve decided I’m going to get my new kitchen by stealth. We will start small and do it in tiny chunks but eventually I will have them kitchen of my dreams.

It started today with the removal of a base and wall unit in the corner. We have managed to buy 2 2nd hand larder cupboards from Facebook Marketplace (sadly both narrower than we’d like but £40 for the pair).

Since this was taken, the patches of wallpaper have been stripped and the first unit is in and operational. Next job is to paint the wall so that the areas where the paper pulled the paint off leaving bare plaster are sealed. MrRoly is also on the lookout for a larder unit with double oven while I’m looking for a 300mm pull out larder to fit into the last bit of ‘gap’!
