Happy Birthday

MrRoly was working this morning so he tried to sneak out without waking me but failed, the kids all left without incident so I treated myself to a lazy morning - Homes Under The Hammer back on my schedule.

My lunchtime treat was a return visit to the nurse. She’d dressed the manky biopsy hole and asked me to return today. I also needed to take urine sample requested by the Immunology bods.

The nurse ended up cutting out the remaining stitch, a huge knot that was never going to dissolve. Anyway, she dressed it again and is confident that when I take it off in 3 days, all will be good. Unfortunately the urine sample dip yielded less positive results so I’ve got to take another one in on Friday.

When I got back home, MrRoly was up so we set off on a plant pot garden centre adventure. I’m after 2 ‘statement’ pots for the patio and I think we may have found them - in the first garden centre we went to of course.

Home and Chicken Basque for tea followed by birthday cake made by Princess washed down with gin. Does life get any better?!
