Club together

If you look carefully at the ladies on the beach they are all holding Indian clubs. They are being put through a punishing regime by the leader with her back to the sea. This is the first time I have seen this activity on the beach here.

The dog is called Nelson and belongs to a friend with whom we walked and talked this morning.

Later I caught up with a friend working brilliantly against all odds in Beirut.

Even later a long video call with one of my oldest friends.
