patiently waiting!

Here is Ceilidh dog waiting, patiently, for me to take this picture. She does look suitably bored with it all.

I am absolutely down in tonight. Had the bold Callum taking us for ViPR this morning and boy oh boy did he beast us. Hardest session that I've done for a while. Was pushed to the boak on no less than 3 times. Loved it though. Smashing RPM class tonight as well. Wee run tomorrow and RPM on Sunday, perfect weekend of training!!
