Starve a cold - with fresh juice
I've, unusually, had a few sniffles this week, so I've been a bit off food. Enough to contemplate a one day juice detox.
This is how I started the day: lemon, apple, garlic, olive oil, ginger, water
My stomach was rumbling by 1pm - I ate lunch. I think you're meant to drink a juice each and every hour to prevent this happening...ah, well.
Anyway, I had aother juice at tea-time: beets, cucumber, apple, lemon, ginger.
