Urge to Life Update

My 4th ever blip was this living thing in spring. I did a post on 22nd July of the leaves with raindrops on. This autumn display seemed worthy of a post. The circle of life. It is still living while parts of it die, beautifully and shed.

Excited about the Absent Friends event I'm organising for 1st Nov. Sharing loss, doing grief publically. Saying goodbye.

And knowing it will come around again.

Gorgeous visit to my osteo today. All part of never returning to the tragic state I found myself in with back pain some 4 years ago. If you want a good, long life look after your feet and back.
