A View I Was Getting to Know 30 Years Ago

I'd moved to Edinburgh, to Pollock Halls aged 17, without even having visited the Uni. I did make life long pals but I'd not recommend Edinburgh Uni. There was (is?) an appalling creature called a 'yah' who sadly is very at home in Edinburgh and dominates the uni.

What would I tell my 17 year old self? It will be alright. Have more fun along the way. Get a bike! Seriously, I wish I'd had a bike then.

Oh well. I do now.

Had a splendid scrambled egg roll in a cafe on South Clerk St in between jobs today. Cafe was cash only (!) so had to walk to bank before purchase and eating. The above was taken en route.
