Lauriston Castle

Walked over to Lauriston Castle late afternoon, not been there for a while. Croquet, Japanese Peace garden, families, squirrels ... beautiful place & setting.

However, really sad to see many incidences of vandalism - the gatehouse windows all boarded, one of the sphinxes at the entrance smashed up, damaged railings, stone urns knocked over & broken, plants uprooted & trampled. Idiots.
