Harris Tweed

Visited the Blackhouse Village at Garenin - an unexpected bonus was seeing a tweed loom at work, fascinating. Manual, intricate and unchanged for over a century. 

Drove down into Harris for the next week, leaving the peaty moorlands for more mountainous scenery and breathtaking beaches.
