2020 Friday — Heavy Surf

Mr. Fun & I stepped to the 1st Street stairs at 9:00 a.m. and realized that high tide was bringing water to the bottom step; the waves look like storm surf.

So we stayed at street level and went to the pier. We walked with the pups from the pier to the tide pools, which no longer existed. The sand is eroded, the waves are huge, and the air is moisture-filled.

The ocean is earning an Oscar today for “Best performance in a natural setting.”
