The Culprit

Suddenly all is revealed!!

Meet Sally - a Houdini of a horse. Beautiful to look at, as gentle as they come, lovely to ride but a nightmare to keep where you want to keep her! I would add this is not our horse but with the amount of times Si is rung up with a message that a horse has escaped from the paddocks, it might well be.

We were up there to put a new battery on the fencing having been messaged twice over the weekend and again today that there were problems. The trouble really at the moment is that everywhere is incredibly wet and boggy so the horses are being kept more confined than usual. Sally really doesn't like that and I caught a slight challenge in hers eyes after I'd taken the shot - 'Publish and be damned'. Maybe she should have been called Wellington. However, slightly less flatteringly, Hubs is starting to call her Findus but am not sure the shock tactics have worked today!
