Coneysthorpe Wander

With the weather forecast in mind we got out early for our runs. We actually managed to finish in the dry. 

Another coat of paint on the inside of the kitchen door. As I needed a new door handle and draught excluder we drove to Malton to pick them up. We then travelled on to Coneysthorpe for a walk on the Castle Howard estate. The walk follows the perimeter wall of the house.

This is the view from the bridge on the lower lake. We felt very lucky not only to have a dry walk but also enjoyed a few sunny intervals. The extra is also on the lower lake.
