What a difference a day makes.....

The rain started early this morning so indoor jobs were lined up. The brushes on our sash windows were replaced having been removed for the painters. The door knocker was given a make over. A few coats of spray paint seems to have given the lions head a new lease of life. It is the same one we inherited when we bought the house over 30 years ago. Didn’t need to call the ‘Repair Shop‘ this time!

Donned the waterproofs and headed into the relative shelter of our local woods. Spotted these to colourful if rather wet leaves. Autumn has arrived in Pickering.
