Digging
Sheila (sheilwill) is known for her gardening skills and knowledge of plants, but this is her digging in a completely different way.
On our way home today we were very pleased to have the opportunity to call in on Will (willlwynbedw) and see their wonderful new home with its fabulous garden (great coffee and cake too). Then we were able to go and see the Tongland Abbey Archaeological Dig where Sheila was busy with the other 'diggers'. We had the whole thing explained to us, which was fascinating. I am so pleased to have seen this. Here she is in her 'patch'. And so I can have three blips in a row with a focus on railway bridges - here is 'the bridge in the garden' - amazing to see.
We have had a few days away from home and very much enjoyed it. We chose to stay in a caravan so we had our own space and I knew that everything I wanted to do was outside. Fortunately the weather was with us and we now realise that we did not go inside anywhere else at all and had no close contact with anyone. It is sad to have to think like this, but it is the way of it at the moment.
