Leaving Mull

This was the view on our last morning, much clearer than our first day - albeit taken with a different camera. The weather has been stunning since Wednesday, we took advantage of the last few hours by driving to Craignure via Loch Scridain and then to Salen. The route is famous for otters, and in December 2006 we counted a total of 8 mainly clustered around the perilous part of the road in Griburn, none this time around. The road was busier and the car parking area for Ben More packed, there could not have been a finer day. The extra blip is Ben More, the road looking as if it is the route to the summit, which of course it is not.
