The long way round

I headed out for a quick run earlier and ended up doing a bit of a beast - probably what was needed to clear the head after a few red wines last night.

Spent the rest of the day glass-cutting and sanding ready for a new batch of candles.

A Chinese takeaway replenished the burn calories and off to bed ready for our first day back out beating tomorrow.
