The solace of stirring

A phrase coined, I think, by Nigella Lawson. After yesterday’s endeavours a quiet Sunday with the papers, some further experimentation with acrylics, and a comforting pea and chicken risotto for supper all felt good. The stirring was indeed therapeutic.
